The ingredients of PANATURA® are the following, in descending order:

100 g contain approximately:
  • Energy 390 kJ (93 kcal)
  • Protein 11 g
  • Carbohydrates 5 g
  • Fat 3 g
  • Minerals 3 g

    Statutory basis:
    PANATURA® is a compound ingredient for the production of yeast-raised dough. These serve as a preliminary stage for baked goods in which the ingredients have to be listed in descending order.The ingredients transferred from PANATURA® to the main dough represent less than 3 percent of the total main dough quantity. For this reason the individual ingredients in PANATURA® do not need to be declared in the final product’s list of ingredients seperately.

    Germany: if any compound ingredient represents less than 25 percent of the finished food product the individual ingredients within it do not need to be shown separately in the ingredients

    Switzerland: The same applies except that the limit is 5 percent.

    Minimum shelf-life Stored at or below +6°C this product will be in a satisfactory condition at least 25 days after the day of production.
