Which ingredients are required, along with PANATURA® in the production of bread?
Just the traditional ingredients - flour, yeast, salt and water. No bread improvers.
Are any genetically-modified ingredients used?
No, not at all. PANATURA® ready-made starter-dough is guaranteed free of genetically-modified organisms and is in accordance with the Swiss Foodstuffs Ordinance.
